West Point Products Canada will, at its option, replace the cartridge or
refund the full purchase price of any cartridge found
to be defective. All West Point laser toner cartridges are guaranteed for two years from the date of manufacture.
West Point also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under
normal use that their cartridge will not cause damage to any compatible laser
printer/fax machine. If a defect in a West Point cartridge causes a printer/fax
to fail, West Point will reimburse the customer for any reasonable amount
for all service.
This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing West Point with satisfactory
evidence that the equipment failure was due to a defect in a West Point's cartridge,
including a written statement on the service company's letterhead, dated and
signed by the company's field sales or service representative.
West Point's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement
as provided above. Please note that any cartridges determined by our quality
assurance technician to be no fault found, not our cartridge, cycle complete
(empty), damaged in shipping, or user damage, will not be covered by this warranty.
This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose.
All warranty claims should be made through your dealer or distributor.
