Cartridge Collection Requirements for Canada & the US
The following terms and conditions apply to all empty toner cartridges purchased by West Point Products Canada. through courier transportation. Please read the below information thoroughly, if you have any questions please contact our Cartridge Retrieval Department at 1 800 338 2274 x 282, or x 277.
Empty Toner Cartridge Collection Requirements:
- West Point will ONLY purchase and transport cartridges that are on our monthly price sheet found at www.multilaser.com . Minimum requirements for Empty toner purchases will be 10 cartridges and a $30.00CND value.
- Please fill out the price sheet and send as an attachment to dlafrance@westpointproducts.com or fax to our office at 866-338-6767.
- Once the purchase has been approved by our cartridge retrieval specialists we will issue a Purchase Agreement number. This number MUST be indicated on the shipment. Shipments without the PA number will not receive payment by West Point.
- All packages must be packaged to avoid damage during shipping. Cartridges MUST be packaged in shipping boxes for transportation. Please indicate the number of shipping boxes or bundles you have for transportation by e mail or fax.
- Transit time is typically between 3 – 5 days, West Point will issue payment net 30 after inspection of shipment.
