Multi-Laser Completes Successful ISO Audit Multi-Laser Inc. Headquarters - Brian Cosgrove President and CEO of Multi-Laser Inc. is proud to announce the success of a recent ISO audit performed by SGS International Certification Services Canada Inc. The objective of the audit was to confirm that the management system has been established and implemented in accordance with the requirements of the audit standard. The two and a half day intensive audit focused on reviews of Multi-Laser’s quality assurance, production/operations processes, service and delivery procedures. The third party un-biased audit also concentrated on the ongoing documentation of competency of trained employees, record keeping, production controls, as well as the overall condition of the plant. Through meetings with Multi-Laser management staff, the auditor was able to review established quality objectives while suggesting continual improvement processes for the entire Multi-Laser team.
