Multi-Laser Expands Sales Force and Customer Care Department.

Multi-Laser Headquarters – Brian Cosgrove President and CEO of Multi-Laser Inc. is pleased to welcome two new additions to the Multi-Laser team, Mandy Deir joining our Customer Care Department and Tricia Macdonell joining the inside Sales Department.

Ms. Deir joins Multi-Laser as a Customer Care Associate, in her capacity Ms. Deir will focus on customer relations, allowing Multi-Laser to continuously provide professional, dependable and knowledgeable customer support. Ms. Deir’s diverse customer service background will be a valuable tool within Multi-Laser as we progress into our next level of developments. 

Also joining the Multi-Laser team is Tricia Macdonell, in her role she will champion the management of existing Multi-Laser accounts while growing and developing new accounts in her territory. Ms. Macdonell is a welcome addition to the growing body of expertise that Multi-Laser will require to support our dealers in our various competitive markets. Ms. Macdonell sales background and knowledge will be a welcome asset to our already outstanding team of sales professionals.
