Multi-Laser Completes Annual ISO Audit Multi-Laser completed the two day ISO audit which provided a third party, unbiased evaluation of Multi-Laser’s procedures and quality processes. The objective of the audit was to confirm that the management system has been established and executed in accordance with the requirements of ISO audit standards. The audit focused on meeting with the entire Multi-Laser team to review established quality objectives. Areas reviewed included monitoring and measuring overall customer care and customer satisfaction. In addition, the auditor reviewed the procedures in sales and the production department, reviewing the current corrective and preventative actions process. The successful audit report demonstrates that Multi-Laser is committed to continuous quality and process improvement in all departments and works to ensure exceptional value to our customers.
